During the discussion, deputies asked questions about the methods used to calculate the necessary financial resources for the city's development within the framework of the administrative-territorial reform.
Azamat Kadyrov reported that preliminary calculations are already ready and that at least 39 billion soms will be required for the development of the annexed territories.
He clarified that these funds will be off-budget and are intended for the construction of engineering communications as well as for improving infrastructure.
