People may experience irritability, weakness, distraction, fluctuations in blood pressure, dizziness, and headaches.
Recommendations for Alleviating the Condition
- Regularly perform morning exercises and short flexibility workouts throughout the day. This will help maintain the tone of blood vessels and muscles, as well as improve blood circulation.
- Follow a sleep schedule, getting at least 7-8 hours of sleep. Quality sleep is the key to good well-being.
- Consume at least 1.5 liters of fluid per day. Water is essential for the normal functioning of the body. Limit coffee intake to 1-2 cups per day and minimize alcohol consumption.
- Maintain a proper diet. Food is a source of energy for every cell in the body. Pay attention to the composition of the products you consume, try to choose natural vitamins and components, avoiding substitutes and preservatives.
