At the same time, 133 judges who demonstrated high results were recognized with commendations.
During the plenary session, the Chairman of the Supreme Court, Mederbek Satyiev, reported significant problems in the work of some courts.
According to him, out of 441 judges of local courts, 137 have low performance results in the administration of justice, which constitutes 31% of the total number of judges.
At the same time, 133 judges who showed excellent achievements were awarded commendations.
Satyiev also noted that in 2025, first-instance local courts handled 280,308 cases, which is 13.52% more compared to 2024.
In the chairman's opinion, the increase in the number of cases may be due to population growth, increased legal literacy among citizens, and growing trust in the judicial system. It may also indicate a rise in offenses, crimes, as well as civil and administrative disputes.
