According to Mamataliyev, the incentive payments for program participants amount to 66,000 soms each quarter.
The Ministry of Health is reaching out to doctors under 35 years old who work in state medical institutions in remote areas, as well as to graduates of residency programs planning a career in the regions, urging them to join the "Doctor's Deposit" program.
This initiative is aimed at increasing the accessibility of medical care for the population in remote areas and supporting young medical professionals working in these conditions.
