Starting from April 1, doctors' salaries will be doubled.
According to Mamadaliev, the presidential fund will allocate 15,000 soms per month for each doctor and nurse, which he believes will serve as an additional incentive for the workers.
Moreover, he noted that the deposit for young doctors in the regions has increased from 33,000 to 66,000 soms.“Currently, 500 doctors receive this deposit every three months. By the end of the year, we plan to start payments for another 2,000 doctors, which we hope will help address the staffing issue,” he added.
Mamadaliev also reported that neonatologists, pediatricians, and anesthesiologists-resuscitators receive an additional 20,000 soms monthly.
The budget of the Ministry of Health for 2025 will amount to 52 billion 383 million soms, and it is growing every year, noted the deputy minister.
