Snow fell in the Sahara Desert
According to the Daily Mail, snow has fallen in the Sahara for the seventh time in the last 40 years. The famous orange sand dunes have turned white.

The snowfall was recorded in the city of Ain Sefra, where the last snow was observed in 1979, before 2016. However, in recent years, such phenomena have become more frequent. In this case, the snow cover was quite thin and is expected to melt quickly.
