Nurlan Ataybekov, a resident of Bishkek, was involved in an accident at the intersection of Mahatma Gandhi and Mozhaysky streets when his Samsung car was hit by a HOWO truck. "The traffic police quickly arrived at the scene of the incident and sent my car to the impound lot. After that, the insurance company assessed the damage, and within less than a month, I received compensation of 150,000 soms," he reported.

Adilet Torobekov, another resident of the capital, collided with a dog on the road at the end of February. Fortunately, he had previously obtained a CASCO policy for his car.

It is important to note that the branch of the State Insurance Organization in Bishkek paid compensation to 31 drivers under OSAGO and CASCO policies totaling 2,906,000 soms.
Recall that OSAGO is mandatory insurance for civil liability of vehicle owners, while CASCO is a voluntary policy that protects the vehicle itself.
