Since March 2026, a mobile multi-diagnostic complex has started operating in the Aravan district of the Osh region, offering free medical examinations for local residents.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Health, this complex provides the population with free medical check-ups, consultations with specialists, and various diagnostic services in a convenient and accessible format.

With a population of about 147,000 people, the Aravan district offers a unique opportunity for its residents to undergo examinations and receive consultations without the need to travel outside their district.

The complex is expected to operate in the Aravan district for three months, after which it will move to the Kochkor district of the Naryn region.
The complex is equipped with modern medical equipment, allowing for a wide range of diagnostic studies. It includes doctors' offices, laboratories for tests, a computed tomography scanner, a mammogram, an X-ray unit, a gastroscope, a mobile screening center, and a control center. There are also minibuses for transporting patients, including an ambulance.

Since its establishment in November 2021, the multi-diagnostic complex has been operating under a five-year agreement between the government of Kyrgyzstan, the Islamic Development Bank, and the charitable foundation "Fael Khair." The project is managed by Normeca Health Management and aims to improve access to medical care and diagnostics for residents of remote and rural areas of the country.
