Entrepreneurs of the Moscow District Were Informed About Their Rights During the Moratorium
This information was provided to a Turmush correspondent by the district prosecutor's office.
The event took place as part of the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 18, which was issued on January 28, 2026, concerning the introduction of a moratorium on tax audits of entrepreneurs.
“Until the end of the current year, entrepreneurs will be informed about the prohibition of unscheduled tax audits in the established manner. Additionally, entrepreneurs were given explanations from the General Prosecutor's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic aimed at protecting their legal rights and preventing illegal interference in business,” the prosecutor's office clarified.
During the meeting, emphasis was placed on the inadmissibility of administrative pressure on individual entrepreneurs, as well as the need to create comfortable conditions for their activities. In particular, within the framework of the moratorium, unscheduled tax audits will not be conducted;
— officials are not allowed to initiate audits without grounds provided by law;
— entrepreneurs were informed that any actions contrary to the moratorium will be monitored by the prosecutor's office.
Entrepreneurs were explained that in case of an attempt to conduct an unscheduled tax audit during the moratorium, they can contact the prosecutor's office.
These measures contribute to the free conduct of business while simultaneously protecting the rights of entrepreneurs.
Protection against unlawful audits is also guaranteed, as well as the right to obtain licenses and permits within the timeframes established by law.
Furthermore, officials are prohibited from demanding illegal rewards, creating unnecessary administrative barriers, and exerting pressure on businesses; in this regard, notifications were distributed to individual entrepreneurs in state and official languages,” the district prosecutor's office reported.
