During an inspection conducted at the site of the "Taza Suu" project, located in the Samarkandek rural district of the Batken region, violations of legislation were discovered.
"In particular, key stages of construction work were not properly documented and accepted, which were supposed to undergo mandatory control. This indicates that the requirements of the technical regulations were not fully complied with during the execution of the work. In this regard, the Batken Regional Department of State Architectural and Construction Control drew up an act and issued an order to eliminate the identified violations for the LLC 'Engineering Protection.' In addition, the company was fined 200,000 soms," the statement said.
