During the conversation, the prospects for cooperation, issues of education, sports, improvement of urban infrastructure, and expansion of investment opportunities were discussed.
The mayor expressed interest in developing mutually beneficial relations with the British agency UK Export Finance. He proposed to implement a project for the construction of a modern bypass around the city with financial support from this agency.
It was noted that the implementation of this project would optimize transport flows, reduce traffic jams, and direct transit traffic outside the city, which in turn would enhance road safety.
The parties also expressed a desire to continue strengthening mutually beneficial cooperation between Osh and the United Kingdom, as well as to explore opportunities for joint projects in the fields of economy, investment, and infrastructure in the future.
