According to Nurgül Turkbaeva, the director of the center, these flowers were planted several years ago as part of a special program. Each year, their number increases, and they successfully adapt to local climatic conditions. The center's staff carefully tend to these unique plants.
The administration of the institution reported that the flowers began to bloom about a week ago, but due to the sudden deterioration in weather and the fallen snow, they are now hidden under an icy layer.
The children's supplementary education center focuses on teaching in creative and humanitarian disciplines. Currently, more than 1,400 students attend various clubs and sections of this institution.
