A new module for monitoring nutrition in schools will be introduced in the "E-Kündölük" system.
The Ministry of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic conducted testing of the new module "School Nutrition" as part of the automated information system "E-Kündölük". The relevant information was provided by the press service of the ministry.
At the meeting, which was held under the leadership of the Deputy Minister of Education for Digital Technologies, Lyra Samykbaeva, representatives from the company "Ulut Soft", the Russian Institute of Industry Nutrition (SIFI), as well as specialists responsible for organizing nutrition at the T. Moldov School-Internat No. 71 and Secondary School No. 64 in Bishkek, and staff from the education management department of the Oktobrskiy district were present.
The discussion touched on the functionality of the new "School Nutrition" module, and ideas were proposed to simplify its use in educational institutions and further improve the system taking into account real needs. Participants noted that the digitalization of school nutrition is a key step towards modernizing the education system.
“The implementation of the 'School Nutrition' module will ensure effective planning, accounting, and control of nutrition in schools, as well as increase the transparency of the process. Digital tools will help reduce the administrative burden on school staff and create conditions for quality and safe nutrition for children. Therefore, it is important that the system is developed with practical requirements of educational institutions in mind,” emphasized Lyra Samykbaeva.
