Ancient Petroglyphs Discovered in the Village of Taldy-Bulak, Talas District
Soronkulov noted that among the carved images on the rocks, one can see scenes of hunting with bows and taigans, as well as depictions of mountain goats, ancient bulls (aurochs), and alpha male deer. Additionally, there are khan symbols in the form of flowers and symbols related to local tribes.
The ecologist believes that such petroglyphs represent an important historical heritage that reflects the lifestyle and hunting culture of ancient nomads, as well as their system of symbols. The artifacts found in Taldy-Bulak highlight the historical and cultural richness of the Talas Valley.
He added that further research and efforts to preserve these petroglyphs in the region will continue.
