This decision, enshrined in order No. 37, is aimed at increasing the efficiency of the Hydromet Service.
Furthermore, the decree was adopted in accordance with subparagraph 2 of paragraph 2 of the presidential decree dated September 3, 2024, No. 247, which introduces a moratorium on the growth of the number and salaries of employees of state bodies and local self-government, including technical and support staff.
The Cabinet of Ministers has been instructed to ensure the proper implementation of this decision.
