Throughout his career, Asanaliev has held high positions in various fields, including media, government institutions, educational and cultural organizations. In recent years, he worked at the Bishkek Humanities University and headed the city museum named after Alykul Osmonov, which is part of the Directorate of United Museums of Bishkek.
Zamirbek Asanaliev has received several awards for his contribution to the development of culture in the Kyrgyz Republic, including the badge of honor "Excellence in Culture".
The State Memorial Complex named after Alykul Osmonov is located in the village of Kaptal-Aryk in the Panfilov District of the Chui Region, on the poet's homeland. The complex includes a museum dedicated to the life and work of Osmonov, a monument, and a memorial area. This site is also included in the republican list of historical and cultural heritage of Kyrgyzstan.
