Mayor Janarbek Akayev noted that cleaning the banks and the inner part of the river is critical for preventing mudslides. He instructed the relevant services to intensify cleanup efforts and called on citizens to participate in environmental protection, greening, and fostering a culture of cleanliness, as stated in the official message.
