





As reported by the press secretary of the president, Askhat Alagozov, 134 citizens of Kyrgyzstan who remained on the cruise liner in Qatar have departed from Doha to Saudi Arabia. These citizens will travel to Riyadh by bus and then fly to Bishkek.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the embassies of Kyrgyzstan in the mentioned countries are handling organizational matters and negotiations to ensure the safe passage of citizens across borders.
Kyrgyz citizens departing from Doha are expected to land in Bishkek on the evening of March 8 on a flight from Riyadh.
President Sadyr Japarov has instructed the need to organize the return of citizens who found themselves in Middle Eastern countries due to recent events in the region.
He is personally overseeing the process of organizing their return.
Previously, 260 citizens of Kyrgyzstan were returned home on two special flights from the United Arab Emirates.
