According to the agency, the total area of new housing amounted to 78.4 thousand square meters, which is 102.8% compared to the level of January 2025.
2 billion 485.9 million soms were invested in the construction of individual residential houses in fixed capital.
The largest volume of construction was recorded in the city of Bishkek, where 190 houses with a total area of 33.8 thousand sq. m were put into operation. Investments in the capital amounted to 1 billion 375.8 million soms.
Among the regions, the highest number of houses was built in the Chui region — 114 houses with a total area of 14.4 thousand sq. m. The volume of investments here reached 288.3 million soms.
In the Osh region, 79 houses with an area of 9.1 thousand sq. m were put into operation, and in the Jalal-Abad region — 67 houses with an area of 8.6 thousand sq. m.
In other regions, the construction indicators are as follows:
- Issyk-Kul region — 32 houses (4.2 thousand sq. m);
- Talas region — 29 houses (3.4 thousand sq. m);
- Batken region — 20 houses (2.1 thousand sq. m);
- Naryn region — 13 houses (1.5 thousand sq. m);
- City of Osh — 9 houses (1.3 thousand sq. m).
In a number of regions, there is an increase compared to January of last year. Thus, in the city of Bishkek, the volume of commissioned areas amounted to 154.9% compared to the level of January 2025, in the city of Osh — 150.6%, and in the Chui region — 118.2%.
