In the city of Karakol, deputies reviewed the mayor's report and sent it for revision.
28 out of 41 city council deputies participated in the meeting.
After the mayor's speech, the deputies asked numerous questions covering key aspects of city life. They expressed concern about the quality of road construction, delays in the commissioning of municipal toilets, and the need for new bridges.
There were also discussions about the shortage of medical personnel, the need for measures to reduce infant mortality, the lack of school buildings, and issues regarding salary increases for workers in high-altitude areas.
The deputies discussed problems related to the loss of incoming correspondence in the mayor's office, as well as the need to improve transparency regarding land lease issues, the creation of parks and football fields, the condition of slaughterhouses, and problems with pastures and the relocation of the labor exchange. Additionally, questions were raised about organizing leisure activities for children and providing services in the central square of the city.
Deputy Chairman of the Karakol City Council Bakyt Kurmanov pointed out that the report raised too many questions, and the materials presented at the session require significant additions and clarifications.
As a result of the voting, the deputies unanimously decided not to accept the report in its current form and to postpone its consideration until the next session, leaving the issue open until all necessary amendments are made.
