In his address, he expressed gratitude for their "selfless service to justice and the law," emphasizing that the judicial system is "the pillar of legality and a reliable guarantor of the protection of constitutional rights and freedoms of individuals."
Kasymaliev highlighted that for judges, not only deep professional knowledge is important, but also impartiality, firmness of principles, and high moral responsibility. He noted that it is the dedication to the cause and service to the law that contribute to strengthening public trust in justice and form a legal culture in the country.
The Chairman of the Cabinet also expressed special gratitude to the veterans of the judicial system, whose knowledge and experience, according to him, have become the foundation for the development of national justice and continue to serve as a model for the younger generation.
In addition, he mentioned the implementation of a set of constitutional and institutional reforms from 2021 to 2025 aimed at strengthening the independence of the judiciary and increasing the efficiency of justice. The updated regulatory framework and the introduction of procedures for objective assessment and competitive selection have become important steps in this direction.
Kasymaliev identified the digital transformation of the judicial system as one of the strategic directions, including the development of automated information systems, electronic document management, the state register of judicial acts, and services of the "Digital Justice" portal.
In conclusion of his speech, the Chairman of the Cabinet wished judges and employees of the judicial system further success, good health, and well-being, emphasizing that the state will continue to take measures to improve the judicial system.
