On the night of March 4-5, about 360 citizens of Kyrgyzstan will return home from the United Arab Emirates. Two repatriation flights, which will be carried out via the Sultanate of Oman, will allow for the transportation of 180 people on each flight. This information was announced by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The flights are organized in accordance with the instruction of President Sadyr Japarov, whose goal is to bring back compatriots who are in the UAE.
Despite existing technical difficulties and the unstable situation in the region, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and diplomatic missions have managed to establish a safe air corridor.
"Priority during boarding will be given to women, children, and the elderly," the message emphasizes.
The process of coordinating the repatriation is being carried out by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in cooperation with foreign institutions and relevant government agencies.
