In Osh, as part of the urban street expansion program, the reconstruction of old bridges is underway, as well as the construction of a new one at the intersection of Suyunbaeva and Atabaeva. This was reported by the city administration.

According to the city administration, the necessary special equipment is currently working on the site, and the construction processes are being monitored by specialists from the relevant services.

“The dismantling of the old bridge and the subsequent construction of the new one began on February 12. The new bridge will be 12.5 meters long and 21.5 meters wide. The builders are making every effort to complete the work on time and with high quality. This year, the streets will be overhauled and brought in line with modern standards, which will allow for the creation of a four-lane road. In this regard, the expansion of other bridges in the area is also planned,” the official statement said.
