According to information from the city administration, the celebration was attended by representatives of local government, employees of various institutions and enterprises, students from educational institutions, as well as local residents.
The ceremony began in the main square of the city with the raising of the state flag, accompanied by performances featuring songs and dances from cultural department staff and local artists.
