As reported by Zhayloobek Zhakshylykov, director of the Batken branch of the State Insurance Organization, this year 489,872 soms have already been paid to four homeowners affected by various incidents. For comparison, in 2025, 13 people received compensation totaling 1,636,000 soms.
The number of insured properties continues to grow, and the indicators for the first quarter of 2026 exceed the same period last year by 1.4%.
In all three districts and cities of the region, insurance company specialists, along with local authorities, are actively conducting information campaigns.
Data for Jalal-Abad Region
Urmadbek Osmonkojo uulu, director of the branch in Jalal-Abad region, also noted an increase in the number of insured homes. Since the beginning of the year, 17 citizens have received compensation totaling 4,577,000 soms.
To date, 8,238 homes are insured, and in 2025, 115 people received payments totaling 6,518,000 soms, with a total of 80,394 properties insured.
At the end of the year, the insurance coverage level in the region was 40%.
In Naryn region, 2,443 residential homes have been insured this year, and compensation of 308,974 soms has already been paid for one case.
Deputy Director of the Naryn branch Nursultan Mamytov noted that in 2025, 16,278 homes were insured in the region, and payments were made for 48 cases totaling 1,158,000 soms.
600 soms for rural residents;
1,200 soms for urban residents.
