On February 2 in Bishkek, an unscheduled inspection was conducted at kindergarten No. 68, which involved Deputy Mayor Victoria Mozgacheva.
According to information provided by the city administration, violations in financial discipline were discovered during the inspection. In particular, it was found that some educators were receiving payments for children's meals into their personal electronic wallets and were charging amounts exceeding the established norms.
It was additionally established that the kindergarten administration, including the head of the economic department, was aware of these actions but did not take any measures to stop them. This confirms the existence of a stable scheme for the illegal collection of money involving officials of the institution. These actions violate the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and indicate improper performance of official duties.
As a result of the inspection, measures were taken by the municipality. All case materials have been transferred to law enforcement agencies for further investigation and legal assessment.
It is also noted that efforts will be intensified to ensure transparency in the financial activities of educational institutions.
