During the inspection, violations of financial regulations were discovered. It was reported that some educators were accepting payments for children's meals into their personal electronic wallets and were charging more money than allowed. Furthermore, it turned out that the management of the kindergarten and the head of the economic department were aware of what was happening but did not take any action to stop this practice. This indicates the presence of a persistent scheme for illegal fundraising, which is a violation of the law and points to the improper performance of official duties by responsible individuals," the official statement noted.
As a result of the inspection, the municipal authorities took the necessary measures. All collected materials were handed over to law enforcement agencies for further consideration and decision-making in accordance with the law.
