As reported by the city's press service, a unique personal account is created for each child. Based on the attendance records, the district education departments generate payment invoices every month.
“Parents (or legal representatives) are provided with the details of the personal account and the payment amount, which are communicated by the kindergarten administration. Payments should only be made to the individual personal account of the child, using banking institutions, post offices, or electronic payment systems. We emphasize that it is prohibited to make transfers to the personal accounts of kindergarten staff and to transfer amounts exceeding the established payment. Cash payments are also not allowed,” the statement notes.
If parents have questions regarding the billing or payment, the city hall recommends contacting the district education departments immediately.
