According to information provided by the city’s press service, a unique personal account is created for each child. Based on the attendance records, district education departments generate monthly bills for payment.
“Parents (or legal representatives) receive the details of the personal account and the amounts to be paid from the kindergarten administration. Payments should only be made to the individual personal account of the child through banks, post offices, or electronic payment systems. It is important to note that transferring money to the personal accounts of kindergarten staff is prohibited, as is exceeding the established amount for meals. Accepting cash is also not allowed,” the city hall reported.
In case of any questions regarding billing or payment, the city hall strongly recommends contacting the district education departments.
