

In the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek, as a result of a raid conducted after 10 PM, it was found that 54 minors were without parental or legal guardian supervision. Of these, 18 children were engaged in performing jarmazan, while 36 were found on the streets without adult accompaniment.
According to the city administration, the raid took place on February 27 with the participation of Victoria Mozgacheva, the deputy mayor, as well as deputy heads of districts, representatives of social protection, education, juvenile affairs inspection, and police officers.
According to the city administration:
- 6 minors were taken to the police department for necessary measures and to be handed over to their legal parents;
- 4 minors were sent to the Center for Psychological and Pedagogical Assistance to establish their identities and hand them over to legal representatives;
- the remaining minors were handed over to their legal representatives after explanatory conversations and the completion of protocols.
30 protocols were drawn up against legal representatives under the Code of Administrative Offenses of the KR.
Explanatory measures were also conducted with the administration of cafes and restaurants regarding the prohibition of minors being without adult accompaniment.
The Bishkek city administration urges citizens and guests of the capital to act responsibly and ensure that minors are not left without adult supervision.
