The chairman of the Council of Elders of the Leilek District, Mukhtar Khudaiberdiev, has passed away.
The farewell ceremony for the renowned public figure took place on March 1 in the city of Razakov.
Mukhtar Khudaiberdiev was born on May 15, 1952, in Sulukta and graduated in 1976 from the Faculty of Industrial and Civil Engineering at the Frunze Polytechnic Institute.
His professional career spans a long period of work in the construction industry and high government positions:
- From 1976 to 1979, he began his career as a foreman and later became a site manager at the Kadamjai Mine Construction Administration of the "Oshstroy" trust.
- From 1979 to 1983, he served as the deputy director of the interschool training and production complex (TPC) in Frunze.
- From 1983 to 1985, he headed the interschool TPC in the village of Haidarken and held other positions.
- From 2000 to 2002, he worked as the head of the organizational work and local self-government department in the Batken regional state administration.
- From 2002 to 2008, he was the deputy akim of the Leilek District.
- From 2008 to 2011, he held the position of chairman of the district kenesh of the Leilek District.
- Since 2020 and until his last days, he led the Council of Veterans (Elders) of the Leilek District.
