The woman noted that after the work was completed, the road was never restored, leading to its dug-up condition. As a result of water leaks, large puddles formed on the street, hindering movement.
She also added: "It is impossible for people to move along Naberezhnaya Street, which runs along the Alamedin River."
Residents are calling on local authorities to take action to address the emerging problem.
