This investment project includes the construction of a complex in the capital consisting of business centers, residential buildings, social facilities, and infrastructure, as well as parking and recreation areas. The agreement related to "RCA Living" was approved by an order dated October 8, 2024, and signed on October 14, 2024, taking into account additional conditions.
The resolution establishes that all goods imported into Kyrgyzstan for the implementation of this project are exempt from customs duties based on Article 41 of the Law "On Customs Regulation."
The document will come into effect in a week.
