According to his information, more than 80,000 apartments are currently under construction in the country for preferential mortgages. Over 90,000 citizens are in line to receive housing through the state program, and this number continues to grow.
Keldibekov emphasized that the pace of housing construction is increasing every year, and the volume of apartments being commissioned will continue to rise.
“This year, it is expected that more than 20,000 apartments will be put into operation in Bishkek and seven regions of the republic. The state mortgage program continues to be one of the most sought-after social initiatives,” he added.
