According to the resolution of the Government of Kyrgyzstan, school uniforms must adhere to a classic style. This was reported by the Ministry of Education.
The document takes into account the climatic conditions and temperature regime in educational institutions. The development of the requirements involved parents, students, and specialists.
"Boys must wear a shirt, vest, trousers, and jacket in solid colors: black, gray, dark blue, and burgundy. Girls are offered a blouse, vest, skirt, trousers, dress, apron, and jacket, which can be made from solid fabric or plaid. Light shades for shirts are allowed," the message notes.
The ministry also indicated that socially vulnerable families cannot be forced to purchase uniforms of a specific model. The option of "light top — dark bottom" is permitted.
According to the department, the classic style contributes to the formation of discipline and reduces social differences among students.
