The Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic informs about the growing interest in eco-friendly fertilizer made from sheep wool.

One example of successful application of this technology is the individual entrepreneur Kunduz, who has been processing sheep wool since 2025. His products are actively entering the market and helping farmers improve the quality of their lands. The Department of Processing and Organic Agriculture has already familiarized itself with the production process.

This fertilizer not only enhances soil fertility but also helps retain moisture, which positively affects plant growth. There is particularly high interest in this product among farms that practice organic farming.

According to the latest data, in 2026 there is a significant increase in demand for the fertilizer, leading to an increase in the number of orders. The entrepreneur is actively working on expanding production capacity.

This initiative promotes the rational use of livestock waste and the implementation of sustainable ecological methods in agriculture.
