An incident occurred in the United States that resulted in the destruction of the largest archive on unidentified flying objects (UFOs). This event took place shortly after Donald Trump, the former president of the country, signed an order to publish all materials related to extraterrestrial life. This was reported by the Daily Mail.

According to the publication, this concerns the largest public archive, which housed declassified documents about UFOs.
The report states that on February 20, hundreds of gigabytes of data disappeared from the main server of Black Vault. This website is an online archive that has been filled with materials collected by researcher John Greenewald Jr. for three decades. During his work, he submitted over 11,000 requests for information disclosure and collected more than 3.8 million declassified documents.

The researcher noted that while he does not consider the incident a clear act of sabotage, such a possibility cannot be ruled out. He also reported that, in addition to the data loss, access rights to some folders on the server have changed.

Greenewald Jr. promised to restore the archive using backup copies.

It is worth reminding that in a recent address, Trump ordered the disclosure of documents related to aliens and UFOs.

“Given the enormous interest, I direct the Secretary of Defense [Mark Esper] and the relevant agencies to initiate the process of identifying and disclosing government documents related to extraterrestrial and alien life, unidentified aerial phenomena and objects, as well as other information related to these extremely interesting and important issues,” he wrote on his social media platform Truth Social.
