During a live broadcast on Birinchi Radio, the head of the compensation and insurance payments department of the State Insurance Organization, Azat Osmonaliev, reported that in 2023, the total amount of insurance payments reached 147 million soms.
He also added that in 2024, 27 million soms were paid out. "Citizens often find it difficult to restore their homes after natural disasters or fires. In such cases, if the property is insured, the insurance organization makes significant payments," noted Osmonaliev.
According to him, in 2025, the total amount of payments is expected to increase to 147 million soms. We remind you that the cost of insuring a home is 1200 soms in cities and 600 soms in rural areas.
