In Bishkek, medical specialists were trained to work with AI

On February 24, the Central Committee of the Health Workers' Union of Kyrgyzstan held a training seminar aimed at enhancing the qualifications of medical professionals in the field of artificial intelligence technologies.

According to information from the Federation of Trade Unions of Kyrgyzstan, the training is focused on improving the professional skills of healthcare workers and integrating modern digital solutions into their practice. Participants not only gained theoretical knowledge but also developed specific proposals for integrating AI into their activities.

Opening the training, the Chairman of the Health Workers' Union, Sultan Abdykadyrov, emphasized:

“The healthcare system today faces a large volume of paperwork, which distracts specialists and deteriorates the quality of service. The implementation of digital technologies and artificial intelligence can significantly simplify the work of medical professionals, freeing them from routine tasks. Our goal is to keep pace with modern technologies and actively apply them. I am confident that the knowledge gained today will be the first step toward this.”

During the seminar, participants studied practical approaches to using AI for analyzing medical data, automating document flow, improving patient service quality, and enhancing management processes.

The training was organized with the support of the Kazakh Industry Trade Union of Healthcare and Public Services "AQNIET". The program included practical sessions, group discussions, and analysis of current issues, providing participants with the opportunity not only to acquire useful knowledge but also to exchange experiences with colleagues.
