The investigation revealed that K. Zh. had approached the prosecutor's office of the Lenin district, reporting that an unfamiliar person named A. had gained his trust in October 2024 and promised to deliver a KERNAN electric vehicle. Under the pretext of this deal, he received $25,000 from K. Zh. However, the car was never delivered within the agreed timeframe, and the fraudster disappeared.
As a result of operational search activities, B. A., born in 1984, was detained. He was taken to the investigative service and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Department of Internal Affairs in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The investigation into this case is ongoing.
