The Ministry emphasizes that prepayment is not provided, and no one can guarantee the receipt of American visas. Payment should only be made after the interview, through the official link of the embassy in Bishkek.
"According to official data, to obtain a business or tourist visa (category B1/B2), one must first undergo an interview with a U.S. consular officer. If the consular officer makes a positive decision, the applicant will need to fill out form I-352 and confirm their agreement to make a financial guarantee through the official online platform Pay.gov," the ministry reported.
The ministry also noted that the amount of the guarantee deposit is determined by the consular officer after the interview and can vary from $5,000 to $15,000. The deposit is non-refundable in case of a change in immigration status or exceeding the period of stay in the USA.
