In the Chui region, in the Moscow district, a fair dedicated to meat products was held. This information was shared by the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry.
The event was organized to provide local residents with essential food products at more affordable prices. The fair took place at the initiative of Bakyt Torobaev, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic.
At the fair, beef and lamb were sold at a price of 650–700 soms per kilogram, which is a more advantageous offer compared to market prices. This initiative aims to ensure that local residents have access to quality and inexpensive products, as well as to stabilize prices in the market.
The event involved local farmers, livestock breeders, and processing enterprises, who were able to offer their products directly without intermediaries. This approach supports producers and ensures price accessibility for buyers.
