The children expressed hope for his speedy recovery. "Our teacher has always been kind, even now, when he is unwell, he greeted us with a smile. We want him to always stay healthy," shared one of the students.
Earlier, the editorial office of Kaktus.media received video footage taken at school No. 83. According to eyewitnesses, there was no fight between the student and the teacher, and the accusations against the teacher are unfounded.
The video shows the teacher being pushed, causing him to fall onto a concrete path. Meanwhile, other students surround him, and one of the teenagers holds back the person who pushed him.
According to the First May District Police Department of Bishkek, on February 16, at 11:30, a report was received about a conflict involving physical force between a student and a teacher.
A forensic medical examination has been appointed to assess the extent of the damage caused to the teacher's health, based on which a final legal conclusion will be made.
Additionally, a criminal case has been initiated regarding the incident, as reported by the press service of the First May District Internal Affairs Department on February 22.
According to law enforcement agencies, on February 16 during the daytime, a conflict occurred between 69-year-old B.K. and a high school student, M.K., born in 2010. An investigative operational group was dispatched to the scene.
The teacher filed a complaint, accusing the student of assault. In turn, the student also sought medical assistance.
The case has been registered under Article 280 "Hooliganism" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The teenager has been held criminally liable, and investigative actions are ongoing.
