The video shows a man being pushed, and he falls onto the concrete floor. Meanwhile, some students surround him, and one of them holds back the person who pushed him.
According to the First May District Department of Internal Affairs of Bishkek, Kaktus.media reported that on February 16 at around 11:30, the police received a signal about a conflict involving the use of force between a student and a teacher at one of the schools.
In connection with the incident, a forensic medical examination has been appointed to determine the extent of the harm to health, after which a final legal assessment will be made, the police reported.
