
The film was shot on a regular mobile phone in the village of Palana on the Kamchatka Peninsula. It is a personal artistic expression of the author, combining cultural influences from Kyrgyzstan, Japan, and Russia.
As part of the international program of the forum, "Dream of Reason" will be screened alongside works from Armenia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kalmykia, Tatarstan, Azerbaijan, and Singapore.

"Dream of Reason" has already participated in the Toronto Film Festival, where it received a nomination, and has been recognized with several awards for cinematography at international film festivals, including "Young Cinema" and LifeStyleCinema. Additionally, the film was awarded the prize for "Best Experimental Film" at the International Film Festival "Maykop Film Festival."
- Talgar Zamir-Seit is a representative of auteur cinema in Central Asia. He completed his studies at the Kyrgyz State University of Culture and Arts named after Büyübsara Beishenalievna, majoring in directing. In Kamchatka, he established the creative association "KoryakFilm," which has become an important step in the development of auteur cinema in the region. He is also a co-founder of the projects Selkinchek and Seit Critic, and his short films have gained recognition at international film festivals.
