The Mayor of Bishkek, Aybek Junushaliev, and the Minister of Education, Dogdurkul Kendirbaeva, visited the teacher of school No. 83, Bolatkhan Karibzhanov, who was brutally beaten by one of his students. They met with the victim in the hospital to inquire about his condition and express their support, wishing him a speedy recovery.
During the meeting, the mayor and the minister discussed the need to hold a large meeting with parents aimed at reducing aggression among students and preventing such incidents in the future. It was also decided to strengthen security measures in educational institutions and expand the video surveillance system.
Aybek Junushaliev reported that in 2025, 160 million soms will be allocated from the city budget for the installation and modernization of video surveillance systems in the capital's schools.
