At the meeting held on February 20, districts, institutions, and entrepreneurs who made significant contributions to the socio-economic development of the region were awarded. The awards were presented by the office of the authorized representative of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Talas region.
“Best District — 2025”
The Manas district was awarded the title of “Best District” of 2025, receiving a transitional Red Banner and a cash prize of 50,000 soms.
“Best Aiyl Aimak — 2025”
Shumkar-Uya, the aiyl aimak of the Talas district, received the title of “Best Aiyl Aimak” with a prize of 30,000 soms.
“Best Institution — 2025”
The Talas Regional United Hospital named after Ch. Mambetov was recognized as the “Best Institution” and received a cash prize of 10,000 soms.
“Best Leader — 2025”
The title of “Best Leader” was awarded to several outstanding individuals who made significant contributions to the development of the region. Each of them received a prize of 5,000 soms:
Kuanidk Omorovich Kerimbaev — Head of the Talas Regional Road Maintenance Department No. 3;
Akyilbek Jumakadyrovich Sultanov — Director of “Talas Electric Networks”;
Ümötaly Rysalievich Alybaev — Head of the Talas Regional Department of Urban Planning and Architecture;
Azamat Nurmanovich Arykbaev — Head of the Department of the Energy Supervision Service for the Talas Region;
Tamara Karaevna Junusova — Director of the Talas Regional Blood Center.
“Best Entrepreneur — 2025”
The title of “Best Entrepreneur” for the results of 2025 was awarded to the following individual entrepreneurs:
Maksat Esenbekovich Zhanchykulov — individual entrepreneur from the Bakai-Ata district;
Ilyas Muratbekovich Amiraev — individual entrepreneur from the Manas district;
Islambek Talasbekovich Atakeev — individual entrepreneur from the Aitmatov district;
Kanatbek Beyshenalievich Subanov — Head of OsOO “DNA Group.”
