


The program, dedicated to February 21, included performances by representatives of various nationalities, including Kyrgyz, Uzbeks, Azerbaijanis, Turks, Dungans, Russians, and Pakistanis. Participants sang songs and recited monologues in their native languages, sharing stories and the significance of their language for preserving cultural identity.
“This event was organized as part of the presidential decree on the spiritual and moral development of the individual. Such initiatives for life-sentenced prisoners aim to develop their creative abilities, strengthen interethnic harmony, and foster respect for cultural traditions,” emphasized the GSIN.
