Some areas of the capital faced the problem of receiving bills later than scheduled.
According to the contractor, OsOO "Teztap," which handles the printing and delivery of bills under contracts with municipal enterprises, such delays were isolated incidents caused by organizational difficulties in the delivery process. "The formation of charges and the transfer of data for printing were completed on time," their statement clarifies.
The contracting organization has already made the necessary changes to work processes to avoid similar situations in the future. Currently, stricter monitoring of adherence to delivery schedules is being implemented.
At this time, operations continue as usual.
Users can obtain information about their charges and make payments through electronic platforms and mobile applications, regardless of the availability of a paper bill.
Regarding complaints received from Ufimsky, Chernyshevsky, Granitny, and Sadovy lanes, all delivery issues have been successfully resolved.
