An international student conference on the topic "China on the Path of Modernity" took place at the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University named after B. N. Yeltsin, as reported by the university's press service.
Conference participants discussed key aspects of the development of the People's Republic of China, its strategic priorities, as well as its influence on global political and economic processes. Topics of social and cultural changes in Chinese society were also addressed.
The statement notes that "this event has become an important occurrence in the academic community and has contributed to strengthening scientific cooperation, as well as developing expert dialogue on contemporary China in the region."
At the end of the conference, participants received certificates.
